1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. SAHNA LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Health Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

Sauna use involves exposure to high heat and carries inherent health risks, including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, fainting, and cardiovascular stress. By using the SAHNA sauna unit, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You have consulted with a physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, high or low blood pressure, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or any condition that may be aggravated by heat exposure.
- You assume full responsibility for any health risks associated with sauna use.
- You will not use the sauna unit under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your judgment or physical ability.
- You will follow all posted usage guidelines and operating hours.
- SAHNA LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or health complication arising from your use of the sauna unit.

4. Access PIN and Smart Lock

Upon becoming an active member, you will be issued a personal Access PIN to unlock the designated access zone in which the SAHNA sauna unit is located. You agree that:

- Your Access PIN is personal and non-transferable.
- You will not share your PIN with any other person.
- You will not allow unauthorized individuals to enter the sauna access zone using your credentials.
- SAHNA LLC reserves the right to revoke your PIN at any time for misuse, violation of these Terms, or any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Unauthorized sharing of your PIN or allowing access to non-members may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. Membership and Payment

SAHNA offers the following access options:

- HeatPass Monthly: unlimited sessions, billed on a recurring basis.
- HeatPass Founding Member: special rate, unlimited sessions, billed on a recurring basis.
- Single Session: a timed access for one session.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a membership or session, you authorize SAHNA LLC to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Monthly and Founding Member subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@sahna.us. All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

SAHNA LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to active members.

6. Operating Hours and Access

The sauna access zone operates during the hours designated by your building. Building specific operating hours are displayed in the SAHNA app. SAHNA LLC reserves the right to modify operating hours, temporarily suspend access for maintenance, or remove the unit from a location without liability.

7. Rules of Use

You agree to use the sauna unit responsibly and in accordance with the following rules:

- Maximum session duration as posted in the app and on-site signage.
- No food or glass containers inside the sauna unit.
- Do not tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair any part of the sauna unit, smart lock, or sauna related controls and equipment.
- Report any damage or malfunction immediately to contact@sahna.us.
- Leave the unit and access zone clean and in the same condition as you found them.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

8. Maintenance and Availability

SAHNA LLC will use reasonable efforts to keep the sauna unit and access zone operational and available during designated hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, and materials associated with the Service, including but not limited to the SAHNA name, logo, app interface, and Heat Score system, are the intellectual property of SAHNA LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any SAHNA content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAHNA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, the sauna unit, or the designated access zone, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SAHNA LLC in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAHNA LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

SAHNA LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
