- Apartment number
- Health acknowledgment and waiver responses
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details)

Information collected automatically:

- Session logs (date, time, and duration of sauna sessions you log in the app)
- Heat Score and streak data derived from your session history
- Device type and operating system
- App usage and interaction data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Create and manage your SAHNA membership account
- Generate and deliver your Access PIN for sauna entry via Seam -connected smart lock
- Process payments through Stripe
- Track your session history, Heat Score, and streak for display in the app
- Send transactional communications (e.g., membership confirmation, PIN delivery)
- Respond to your support requests
- Improve the performance and features of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate the Service:

Stripe: payment processing
Your payment data is handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy.

Seam: smart lock access control
Your assigned PIN and access credentials are transmitted to Seam to operate the sauna lock.

Supabase: secure cloud database and authentication infrastructure

Building management: we may share with your building that you are an active SAHNA member for operational purposes, but we do not share your payment or health information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of SAHNA LLC, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your membership or request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage via Supabase, secure HTTPS connections, and tokenized payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-transactional communications at any time

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
